These terms apply when you use this store, the website vital-apps.io, and the apps made by Vital Apps LLC ("Vital Apps", "we", "us"), including Senior Steps, and when you buy ebooks or merchandise from us. By using our store, website, or apps, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Not medical advice
Our apps, articles, and ebooks provide general wellness and educational information. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise, diet, or supplement program, and stop and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
Our store and website
You may use this store and vital-apps.io for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse them, try to break or disrupt them, or use them to harm others. We may change or remove products or parts of the store or website at any time.
Our apps
Senior Steps is free. It does not require an account, and your step data stays on your phone. You are responsible for what you choose to share with others using your phone's share menu.
VitaForge Pro and Remote Worker Burnout Relief are in development and not available yet. If any of our apps offer paid plans in the future, the price, what the plan includes, how often you are charged, and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you buy. Those purchases will be handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play, and their payment and refund rules will apply.
Ebooks
Our ebooks are PDF files. When you buy an ebook, you get a personal-use license. That means you may download it, read it on your own devices, and print a copy for yourself. You may not resell, share, copy, post, or redistribute the ebook or any part of it, in print or online, without our written permission.
Our ebooks are for education only. They are not medical advice. They do not replace advice from your doctor or another qualified health professional.
Merchandise
Our shirts, hats, mugs, and other merchandise are printed on demand. Each item is made to order and shipped by our print partner, Printful. Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by Shopify. We do not see or store your full card details. Shipping costs, if any, and taxes are shown at checkout.

Our content
The Vital Apps name, logo, apps, articles, and ebooks belong to Vital Apps LLC. You may share links to our articles, but please don't copy them in full without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our store, website, apps, ebooks, and articles are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vital Apps LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our store, website, apps, ebooks, or merchandise. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
